L’art-thérapie dans l’accompagnement du trouble obsessionnel-compulsif (TOC)

Ce thème explore l’utilisation de l’art-thérapie auprès des personnes présentant un trouble obsessionnel-compulsif (TOC/OCD). Il s’intéresse à la manière dont les médiations artistiques peuvent favoriser l’expression symbolique des obsessions et compulsions, réduire l’anxiété, soutenir la régulation émotionnelle et renforcer la flexibilité psychologique.
